FAQ/Return Policy

Q: How long will my order take to be shipped?

A: All orders will be shipped out only after the funds from the purchase have cleared. Please allow 2-4 business days for your payment to clear.

Q: When will my order arrive after it has been shipped?

A: Domestic (USA) orders are either shipped via USPS First Class Package (2-5 business days) or via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (2-5 weeks). 

Q: I entered incorrect information at checkout. Can I change or edit any of that information?

A: Unfortunately we cannot alter or edit any of the information you provided at checkout. If you provided incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) please contact us as soon as possible. We will have to cancel the order and have you purchase your order again with the correct information.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

Orders consisting of one or two items, depending on the items' weight, are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days). Orders consisting of three or more items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).

International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery. USPS does not update tracking information for packages shipped via First Class International Mail Service, which is the cheapest shipping method that they provide. We politely ask for your patience on this, as we are fully aware that the tracking issue can be very frustrating to you.


International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Failed Deliveries – If an order fails to be delivered because of an address discrepancy, the order will be canceled and refunded. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied. If an order fails to be delivered because of import duties, taxes, or charges were not paid by the buyer, the order will be canceled and refunded. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

Exchanges and Returns:

 

  • EXCHANGES ONLY.
  • All exchanges (domestic and international) must be requested 7 days within the delivery date. We recommend customers use a tracking number when sending back returns. Your exchange must be shipped within 3 days of requested date. Please email your tracking number to sickoutfitshelp@yahoo.com. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and a restocking fee of 10% may be applied.
  • All exchange items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags still attached to qualify for a return. If you ship such items not meeting our requirements, Sickoutfits will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
  • Returned items bought on promotional sale will not be credited promotion.   Example: Promotion offers 10% off when spending $100 or more (4 items on average). Customer decides to return one item of their four purchased items, taking their order total under $100. This will disqualifying the promotion from the original order placed, resulting in a PARTIAL REFUND only. No exceptions.

Order Cancellations and Failed Deliveries:

  • COVID-19 INTERNATIONAL MAIL SUSPENSIONS – It is the buyer's responsibility to know if their country has suspended international mail deliveries. If the buyer places an international order (outside U.S.) and mail has been suspended, the buyer's order will be returned and will result in a cancellation and refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.
